Why choose us
It is important that you have your boiler inspected on a yearly basis to check it is operating safely and efficiently. People who have thier boilers serviced regularly find they have far less problems than those who dont. Not doing so can also void any warranties you may also have. What we check:
- Firstly we perform a tightness test from you meter to check for any gas escapes in the system
- Visual check over your boiler
- Check all safety controls on boiler
- Check for suitable ventilation
- Perform a flue gas analysis
- Take a gas rate from boiler
- Removing casing and check boiler interior for signs of incomplete combustion or other wear and tear
- Check seal integrity on heat exchanger with flue gas analyser
- Clean condensate trap if needed
- Check flue
- Bleed radiators and top up pressure
Our boiler service does not include cleaning the heat exchanger or replacing any seals. This may be necessary on our boiler service if our flue gas analysis figures are not within range. If this is required then an additional charge will apply to replace any parts required. Please note that your boiler must be fully operational in order for us to perform a service.
